2日前の朝、仕事中に 突然強い回転性めまいが起きその場に座り込んでしまった。
昨日1日安静にしてたが、夜 島の診療所へ行くことに。
夜間は医師がおらず、明日なら種子島から来るので 明日きてみてください？と言われその日は帰ることに。
今日、診療所受診。
問診、簡単な検査を受け、脳梗塞などの疑いは今のところ薄いけど、めまいが強く出ていることから診断は #良性発作性頭位めまい症 と。
#BPPV とは 内耳にある耳石という小さな粒子が本来の場所から剥がれ落ち、三半規管の中に入り込んでしまうことで起こります。
自分の場合は 強い数秒の回転性めまいと立ち上がるとふわふわ船酔いのような症状が続いてます。
明日、薬が届くのでしばらく様子見です。

朝からめまいと格闘中😵💫吐き気するし頭が引っ張られて自分が自分じゃなくなって幽体離脱したみたいな感覚になってからグラングラン揺れて体を動かすと頭の動きに眼球が追いついてない感じ。説明しにくいwww今朝はチャーハン作ってコストコで買った銀鮭西京漬けを焼いてのっけたお弁当を作って夫の出勤を見送った。朝はバナナ食べたけど昼は私もチャーハンと鮭の西京焼きを食べる。寝たり座ってるとキツいからとにかく動く。
