The surrender of 13,000 British soldiers on this day of 1916 is deemed to be the worst surrender in the British history. But, do not be ashamed General Townshend! The Army you surrendered was the mighty Turkish Army you runaway from in Gallipoli. #KutalAmara #BritishSurrender
