#Cafcass Sws of @LincolnshireCC told my nephew's parents that if they refused to let me have the SGO/PR for their then 16mth old son, they would get him Adopted

All went well, professionals no longer involved
Exactly 13mths later a @CILEXLawyers illegally represented & manipulated the father into taking me to FC
I thought he wanted custody
& wasn't stopping him
It's his son for crying out loud!
In hindsight, with me not challenging him was a huge problem for Cilex
I complained to C/cas LCC stating he's a compulsive LIAR
They ignored me
About a year later, Guardian Ad Litem, Gissing, told me that he has severe learning difficulties & he's a simple man..
I felt sick
100%, I don't blame the father, he doesn't know any different
He also is a Victim!
It took me a while to realise that FC professionals aren't interested in You, Me, Children, Parents or LiPs

Victims complain to lawyers about #Cafcass but they still proceed to FC
When you complain they get together & block/destroy you, your family
As I'm not a parent & my situation involves a sole @CILEXLawyers, my strong view remains..
Victims should be able to take legal action against Individual professionals so that they can be struck off & charged with manslaughter..
Sadly, they pay their regulatory bodies to prevent that from happening

The #Cafcass officer went dead silent, her face turning bright red as if it would explode. I directed the question to the judge, who strongly condemned the tweets. Forced into a corner, the Cafcass officer had no choice but to condemn the father's words as well.

It was meant to be the day the #Cafcass officer was finally cross-examined on her fabricated Section 7 report—a report utterly lacking any truth or validity, which I had spent 5 long months preparing to challenge.

My nephew was safe

Barristers/Judges/Lawyers/Solicitors/#Cafcass Sws & more importantly, Parents..
SGOs prevent Adoption & the children are in your care until 18ys old..
They're no longer labelled 'Looked After' & LAs are no longer involved
Sadly, in my situation a @CILEXLawyers breached it
She was gifted thousands by @LegalAidAgency & carried out her criminality
She forced me to attend Mediation & illegally input the parents as the attendees & claimed it failed
She received a case № to generate fake Hearings & hide my SGO
Throughout, the judge believed she was presiding over Mum v Dad
The child was returned to the Abusive parent & then fostered

They know what FC's like, so why do they continue to put Victims through trauma?

Today, family lawyers represent Victims & Abusers
Who's fault is it when Victims have to appeal?

She alone chose to target me
She alone recruited #Cafcass & solicitors
They joined her in targeting me
I was alone- They were many
In hindsight, she thought I was a parent..
In order to keep me in family court, she expected me to fight, like parents do
I didn't..She failed
She had nowhere to go..
The only thing she could do is contact @LincolnshireCC
They helped her
They took my nephew from me & gave him to his father
He suffered 5yrs of Abuse/Neglect..
LCC knew that to return him to me would expose Cilex, her malfeasance & themselves
So they've dumped him in foster homes & behavioural schs
*I personally can't blame the *System, because Cilex worked outside it
Even though she's hiding within it, she alone did what she did
She's a disgrace
A true embarrassment to family law
When I hear of child Abuse & their MURDER, my mind automatically goes to her & how easy it is for her to implement & get away with it
