OMG...Avoid Comwave at all costs. After 2 years of spotty internet and disaffected customer service, we finally cancel and they charge us restocking fees for the returned equipment...Petty? You bet. Assured of never seeing another dime from us? You bet. #internet #comwave

I warned them I would make their theft and bad dealings known if they did not contact me. So what did #Comwave do? They shut off the internet after they stole $130.84 from my account for unknown reasons. This is more than the monthly payment. Comwave went into my bank account.

@Comwave #Comwave. 5+ days of "Power outage" with no messaging to customers or response to customers. WOW!! A communication company with no plans or strategy to communicate with its own customers. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a communication provider

What kind of #telecommunications #ISP company charges 95 FREAKING DOLLARS FOR INTERNET ONE TIME ACTIVATION?! Only #Comwave thats who, that is just ridiculous. Why though? Other ISP's in #Canada charge $20, or even $30 for one time activation, BUT $95?! What in the world?! O_o

- Everytime that an upload is started on the internet connection, the ping skyrockets and it slows down all other devices causing them to lag and hardly load at all. - Router randomly reboots itself over and over and over again. And I blame all of this on @Comwave #Comwave 😑

I hate to say it but, I had internet with #rogers for 10 years with one outage, I left and went to #comwave in Feb to save some money and I am down for the 3rd time since. And they told me the repair will be 24-48 business hours. In what world is that reasonable? #servicematters
