Central PA is experiencing a cool, damp Monday, while it will be warmer across Western PA with afternoon showers/storms. Tuesday will be warmer for Central PA, with the chance of showers/storms and the threat for excessive rainfall (and flash flooding) expanding eastward. #ctpwx
The Weather Prediction Center has expended today's Slight risk for excessive rainfall into southwestern and south-central PA. The mid-afternoon radar shows showers & thunderstorms developing, and these are expected to progress southeastward across the region this aftn/eve. #ctpwx
