• #CTEC waited until the last minute to disenfranchise #Choejor without clear evidence.
• After thousands submitted petitions, they issued a statement relying on a disqualified Local Election Commissioner, then appointed his assistant.
• No voting date or papers were provided. When people approached LEC Karma Gyaltsen, he reportedly said he “can’t get a judge.”
Two key Tibetan institutions are undermining our Democratic process.
