Cajun Shrimp Devilled Eggs (Personal favorite!) 🍤 Ingredients: 1 dozen eggs, boiled and peeled. Then sliced in half lengthwise 2 dozen shrimp, fresh and medium sized 1 tsp cooking oil ½ small lemon, juice 2 to 3 tbsp mayonnaise ½ to 1 tbsp Hot Sauce 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish 1 to 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning, plus 2 tsp for the Cajun Shrimp ¼ tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Scoop the egg yolks into a bowl and set the egg whites on a plate Add the mayonnaise, hot sauce, pickle relish, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder and chopped dill, with the egg yolks. Mash the egg yolk and stir to combine thoroughly. Set to the side Make the shrimp by  adding the oil to a saute pan Sprinkle the shrimp with the Old Bay Seasoning When the shrimp is almost completely cooked, add in the juice from the lemon Using a spoon, scoop some of the egg mixture into each of the halved egg white cups Garnish with the paprika and some chopped dill and serve!
