@mitchellwoll I have many colleagues who struggle with it. They "complain" about being too busy, but won't take steps to address it. I coined the term "#complaincent" to describe that type of behaviour. #lrnchat

Hey everybody, I propose a new word. Complaincent: a person who complains about something but won't do anything about it. E.g. The person who complains about being busy but secretly enjoys it because they confuse busy with important. Help me make #complaincent a thing!

@ChadSLowry I like it, it's easier to pronounce. On the other hand, #complaincent can be an adjective, a noun (complaincentcy), or even an adverb (complaincently).
