When you step out to get in your car, do you have a garage?
What kind of cars are in there?
What colours are they?
Are you pressing a remote to open the garage?
Will a driver bring out the range and you step in the car behind reading the day’s paper?

Crying is a natural human reaction to a hurtful and painful situation.
If you don’t cry when you should, one day it will embarrass you in public and you will have no control over it.

So, I went through my grieving stage.
Grieving is one of the steps of healing and if you don’t go through it, it will come back to bite you in the ass.
When you suppress your pain, bitterness and cynicism will be your best friends.
