Tezos has a market cap 50 times smaller than Solana and over 300 times smaller than Ethereum. And yet, Tezos manages the incredible feat of bringing together a diverse and high-quality array of artists. Just to be clear, I'm not saying this to belittle other blockchains – I'm active on Solana and ETH myself. I just find it mind-boggling that #Tezos is able to spark so much excitement with such a modest market cap. I mean... when you compare it to the others. Because, you know, in my corner of ETH, for example, the pixel art community isn't 300 times more developed than on Tezos, and it's the same story for #Solana. My comparative calculations are certainly stupid, but what I'm getting at is that one would expect, at the very least, the pixel art community on ETH to be 2, 5, or 10 times larger than that on Tezos, but no. When I ventured into #ETH, I sought out my fellow pixel artists, expecting to find a more flourishing community, or at least one as active and developed as that on Tezos. However, I discovered that this community didn't exist, at least not in the same way as on Tezos. And my world suddenly became much smaller. I know a bunch of pixel artists on Ethereum, Solana, or even Ordinals, and almost all of them share a common denominator – they're on Tezos. You could argue that artists are multi-chain, making it difficult to determine which blockchain they're most attached to, and you might be right. Especially since I was born on Tezos, so I'm probably a bit biased. But what I'm sharing here is a sentiment, not a double-blind scientific study. Anyway, all this to say that I'm scratching my head wondering how Tezos manages to generate all this despite its tokenomics. I just wanted to share this thought; it's been on my mind for a while now ^^
