It’s shoots like this that made Daisho special. It was early so not busy, and the bar tender gave us free run of the bar and even made us that fake drink for free. Later I went back and got a real drink just so I could tip them really well.

From what I'm seeing the real reason Daishocon went out of business is that they paid the con chairman money even though the convention was canceled during The Great Lockdowns in 2020 and they paid themselves in 2021!
