I guess @pictoryai is going to get a lesson in "don't screw with your customers when they are trying to unsubscribe from your service," just like @descript did. My #Descript #unsubscribe #complaint got thousands of views, engagement, and shares across multiple platforms when they did the same thing: Send an invoice late Friday, hit your bank over and over without being able to resolve it until Monday. When you try to unsubscribe from their service - they suddenly have "technical problems - try again later." I get it, but it's really BAD customer service. If a customer doesn't want your service anymore, don't put them through the #gauntlet to beat them into submission. The AI video services, #Pictory AND #Descript, are especially bad. Both @pictoryai AND @descript hold you #hostage after raising their prices, hitting your credit card on Friday, and keep hitting your card even though you try to unsubscribe. They block you from unsubscribing and tell you that they are having technical problems and to try again later or you have to wait until they are open again on Monday to "resolve" the issue. Which I'm sure is just going to be more delay and #HostageNegotiations. And they don't tell you via email that your subscription is about to renew. For a very expensive service, this is an especially bad business practice. Because of this practice by Pictory and Descript, I wouldn't recommend the service to ANYONE. #customerservice #customersupport #badcustomerservice #subscriptions #subscriptionservices #videoservices #AIVideo #CustomerSupportHostage
