They were sentenced at #Cardiff Crown Court-
Suspended 12-month prison sentence,250 hrs of unpaid work,15 rehabilitation days, £2️⃣3️⃣6️⃣5️⃣ costs🛑
The driver of this #HGV had not taken sufficient daily rest 😴
They were prohibited from driving for 9 hours, the vehicle was immobilised & a fixed penalty notice was issued 🚫
