While the perpetrators of RoboDebt escape any accountability, ATO whistleblower, Richard Boyle, continues to be prosecuted and war crimes whistleblower, David McBride, languishes in prison.

UPDATE:
Tomorrow at 12:30 pm there is a directions hearing in my criminal matter in the District Court of South Australia
We will have more to say after this hearing.
#Auspol #Auslaw #CriminalTrial #Whistleblower #PIDAct
If you mislead the ATO, you go to jail.
But what happens when the ATO misleads you? Misleads Australia?
And what happens to ATO whistleblowers? Ask Richard Boyle.

They have the courage to put their country first.
Like @Richard_D_Boyle who spoke out about ATO practices #droptheprosecutions
We need representatives with the strength to stick by their values.
Rather than
protecting their own interests
at our expense
@AntsInPants2 Exactly. I’m 57 and it’s never ever occurred to me to act contrary to my conscience or my community. Who are these people we keep voting into Government? ☹️
"Shame on those who sell out"
If this doesn't tear your guts out
you might be @MarkDreyfusKCMP
@Richard_D_Boyle had a choice to keep his head down keep paying his bills, keep his family & his health safe
He chose to risk it for us

I have a question that is important to me, and that burns like a white hot flame:
Have we lost the ability as a society to even recognise, let alone understand, and then to clearly and articulately tell the truth?
I truly wonder whether it is worth continuing, or, like others before me, whether one should roll over and concede that the so called elite are too hard to hold to account, and that the corruption, malfeasance and shitfuckery cannot be stopped?
Let them have their way with me.
Let my hair grow silvery and dishevilved like #Assange – thank god he is still alive! – at the long, slow, painful experience that a supposed lone truth teller takes in their journey forward, into their vision, and version, and lived reality, of their truth as they see it.
I ask, when will it stop?
How much is enough?
Do you want my tears Mr Dreyfus and Mr Albanese? Do you want to crush my bones into dust to make your bread?
When will it be enough for the institutions of government and justice to see what is really going on in the Australian Public Service, and the enormous toll and cost it inflicts upon society, not to mention the hell that is unleashed on public servants themselves?
Shame on those that continue to force this horrible predicament upon truth tellers: whether to die withering on the vine, or to go out in blaze of light proclaiming the virtues of the Goddess of Justice, and sacrificing themselves, spilling their own entrails on the altar and fire of truth?
I fear we have very little time left as a species to address this issue.
Our path forward is a choice we all have to make collectively as a society.
I truly believe we are at a turning point in our journey as humans. The writing is clearly on the wall. There is very little time left.
I leave this here as a manifesto and a record of where I stand, on this day, when I can resolutely claim that we are almost sunk, and that I have all but lost hope.
Shame on those who sell out.
And shame on those that promote and support this selling out, due to their cover up and tacit approval of institutional abuse.
I would rather die, than accede to this torture.
Instead, I am determined to fight on.
Long live Δημοκρατία.
@PatsKarvelas @Adele_Ferguson
@SeanNic @adele_ferguson You would think coming up to an election.
It would look good to #droptheprosecutions
Of a man who exposed predatory tactics within our ATO.....
But no.

Whistleblowers help
safeguard public funds,
defend the environment,
protect public health,
keep execs & MPs accountable
& keep your workplace safe.
In Australia we jail them

@jmwhistleblower You would think at the very least they would #droptheprosecutions against a man who exposed predatory tactics within out ATO coming up to an election?
But would be better to fix the system and protect and encourage whistleblowers.
Protect integrity and encourage honesty.
@punterspolitix Albo could fix, seems like an understatement.
Albo's gov has already prosecuted and jalied @MurdochCadell
&now pursuing @Richard_D_Boyle for exposing predatory debt collecting at the ATO.
Both could be called off be @MarkDreyfusKCMP

We’ll never stop fighting for you Richard Boyle and David McBride!
If this Government won’t protect whistleblowers then we’ll install a Government that will ✊

Breaking News: The SA court of Appeal has rejected Whistleblower Richard Boyle's appeal that he should be protected by existing whistleblowing provisions.
Australia desperately needs to establish a Whistleblower Protection Authority

Looking at you
👁👁 @MarkDreyfusKCMP 👁👁
If he receives any sentence at all please remember both ALP and LNP
chose corruption
over integrity.
#shame #McBride #protectwhistleblowers
@DamienEvans21 The Judge could give him an ICO … Intensive Correction Order … which is served in the community
@MurdochCadell will be in court tomorrow.
Learning how Australia values our own integrity.
Do we practice what we preach?
#droptheprosecutions @MarkDreyfusKCMP
If you are in Canberra try to get down and support David and our democracy
https://t.co/ZcDqZ35LXR
@StrewthQueen If @MurdochCadell serves a sentence, ALP are waving a giant green flag to those rorting systems, selling out little guys or are protected by privilege.
We MUST #protectwhistleblowers
They risk everything & this is how we repay them?!
#droptheprosecutions @MarkDreyfusKCMP
Bruce Lehrmann isn't the only one who went back for his hat!
Ben Roberts-Smith didn't have to fall!
His white male superiority was his own undoing
& the fact that a whistleblower @MurdochCadell stood up for soldiers
Please watch the 20 minute video. #droptheprosecutions
1.
Meet the whistleblowers standing up for Australians-
@Peter_Fox59 for exposing abuses in the catholic Church
@TroyStolz for exposing money laundering and pushing for gambling reform
@jmwhistleblower for bringing the banks to account
3.
@KieranPender and @MrRexPatrick have been working hard to get the word out and support whistleblowers
https://t.co/ZdCtKRTd0f
Please share and support
Show those protected by privilege they don't get a free pass
Stop enabling corruption @MarkDreyfusKCMP
#droptheprosecutions
@MurdochCadell Our government is failing us
Allowing these opportunities
to learn and improve and grow
Get buried
to protect those
who pursued personal satisfaction
over the health of others and the integrity of Australia.
End the shame
