I posted a 🧵on the #DXY $Dollar and pairs about a month ago, time for a follow up, but will do it a bit differently this time, due to being caught in a heatwave again and have to spread it out a bit. But let's start with the DXY as it now seems to have made an important double top on Daily chart and bc the 2nd high is lower if find the best count (at the moment at least) is to count that high as a failed wave (v). My advice though, not only here but always, don't count out the Dollar before it's down on 10, and as it currently is testing the bottom of a rising channel that's really the case. Right now I think it's very much waiting for the CPI data on Wednesday and is likely to bump around here until then. But even CPI is only short term rumbles and looking at the structure my feeling is that it's likely to go down to test the lows next. The CPI could be the catalyst that sets that in motion. Ofc, if CPI would come in stronger than expected, then we are likely to see it run higher once again, up to test and possibly surpass that DT, but I still think this would only be to delay things.
