📁_$NQ_F // Yesterday’s Plan and Trades
Result: 434 points short.
The plan was to trade the H1 EMA50 RT to get above H1 EMA50, and that worked. The RT completed when the hourly EMA50 was taken out, and then an hourly contraction had to form to set up a sustainable break higher. Sellers stepped in, however, and triggered short when level 1 was lost. The A+ short setup came when price negotiated below the hourly control diagonal for 4 hours and then simply triggered the BT entry. Textbook.
Trade recaps were sent with yesterday’s journal.
📁_$NQ_F // Updated Three Level Trade Plan
Solid earnings, solid guidance, there is nothing wrong with fundamentals, and if anything, earnings are confirming valuations and offering the prospect of future growth to price in. The problem is fear.
The W1 EMA9 RT has followed through and price is arriving at target. There is no telling where buyers will step in, but when they do, this is the dip to buy, we just need a setup to get long. Short until that happens.
Price has arrived at the marked support zone, with the hourly is setting up another reversal attempt. In today’s video analysis I give the levels to hold and break, what setups I am looking at, and a brand new actionable Three Level Trade Plan.

📁_$ES_F // Yesterday’s Plan and Trades
Result: 83 points short
The plan stated that sellers had to defend the previous day high. That supply zone rejected price three times, and after yesterday’s rejection, sellers triggered the H1 Continuation Model, consolidated below the control diagonal for four hours and then confirmed the breakdown. Textbook selloff.
Trade recaps were sent with yesterday’s journal.
📁_$ES_F // Updated Three Level Trade Plan
Price has hit the projected demand zone overnight and looked below the D1 control diagonal. This is a strong potential bounce zone, but to bounce, we need buyers. The fact remains that price is in a base environment (sideways market) and approaching a trending W1 EMA50. While social media speak of market crash, the system says we should be looking for the W1 EMA50 Push.
Below the current low of day, selling accelerates towards the next level down, but the hourly is attempting another reversal. In today’s video analysis I give the levels to hold and break, what setups I am looking at, and a brand new actionable Three Level Trade Plan.

Result: 304 points short, then M5 Reversal Setup 249 points long.
The planned hourly EMA9 reversal manifested, but H1 EMA21 rejected and the loss of level 3 gave a clear entry, with simple M2 Continuation models allowing those that missed it to participate.
Trade recaps were sent with yesterday’s journal.
📁_$NQ_F // Updated Three Level Trade Plan
Relentless selling continues as price searches for demand, following through last week’s D1 failed breakout. My $21984 level caught price to the penny as sellers tested the bottom base boundary.
Still a strong H4 EMA9 downtrend, but failing now. Higher first to backtest the breakdown, or lower first, to test yesterday’s bounce?

Trade recaps
The plan was to look for a bounce out of the Asian session and then look for the H1 EMA9 rejection, look for a potential higher low and play the hourly reversal. The short set up and followed through in a straight line, which has pretty much been the US session’s thing lately.

📁_$ES_F // Yesterday’s Plan and Trades
The plan gave three trades, 15 points long during the EU session, US pre-market short for 29 points and the late day long for 36 points and counting.
Yesterday’s plan was to look for immediate continuation. The attempt gave 15 points long and 29 points short when it failed. The next part of the plan suggested to look for a break out backtest into the marked green bar. We had a long consolidation after the short found a bottom, then an M10 Continuation Model set up in line with my M10 Entry Concepts instruction. When this broke down, an M2 Diagonal Entry Model set up the reclaim for a failed breakdown and gave the long I was looking for.
Trade recaps were sent with yesterday’s journal.
📁_$ES_F // Updated Three Level Trade Plan
Demand at the break out level, and price is back at resistance. Plan now is a pullback to look for a higher low and set up the break higher.
looking for acceptance above D1 EMA9;

As said yesterday, D1 EMA50 tested, D1 EMA9 has to lead: make or break.
Buyers looking above now, with the hourly uptrend key to the break out. Plan: When H1 EMA9 ends, H1 turn (system leads the way) - then H1 EMA50 has to hold and set up acceptance.

📁_$NQ_F // Yesterday’s Plan in Review
The plan said “H1 EMA9 is key, line to line moves along my Three Level Trade Plan.”
102 points short from level 1 to level 2 when trapped longs finally forced to exit, then the planned long into H1 EMA50 to set up the push back to resistance for another 106 points, from level 2 back to level 1, and then through on AMZN earnings for a total of 176 points as price tapped the overhead supply zone.
An observation: - since we implemented the M10 Anchor Timeframe rule, new datapoints have come forward. I suspected this last time, but then the base did not mature. This time it did, and as you can see, the M10 Base becomes the H1 EMA50 Box. This makes sense, because the DTF concept says that M10 EMA50 = H1 EMA9 consolidation, and M10 Base = H1 EMA50 consolidation. We knew this, but to see it confirmed so accurately... I guess it shouldn't surprise me, but coming from the M5 timeframe, I'm not used to the kind of accuracy that the M10 timeframe has been providing. The system is almost like a cheat code now. Forgive my enthusiasm, it has been a wonderful journey, and a lot of time, thought and work went into designing the system. To have reached this stage where we can conclude that things are running smoothly, it is a wonderful feeling of accomplishment. Again, I am not a team of people. I am just one guy that figured out price action from the inside out. I fully intend share my joy, as I feel that you, readers, and I have done this together. I hope you are as joyful as I am. If so, high fives, my friends.

Buyers in control and looking above (hourly timeframe). We could do with a daily higher low, but that could form after the break out or internally inside the base. Our job is to follow price.
Hourly break out attempt, H1 EMA50 box. Plan: hourly higher low into H1 EMA50 to buy - make or break. Pullback into H4 EMA21, H4 EMA50 below for a D1 HL.
Acceptance above $21820 targets $22246 and the all time high.

D1 EMA9 rejection failed and buyers in full control again. The plan was line to line moves along H1 EMA9 and that is working. When H1 EMA9 uptrend ends now, we need to see H1 EMA50 support price, confirm a backtest of D1 EMA9 for a higher low, setting up a break out attempt.
Acceptance above $6102 sets up the break out to all time highs.

The anticipated contraction is forming. The question is only how long buyers and sellers can maintain this state of indecision. With daily lower highs and higher lows slowly narrowing the range and contracting the setup.
Buyers are attempting to hold H1 EMA50 to set up a sustain push back to resistance. If that materialises, H4 EMA9 would trend, setting up a bigger move and a potential break out attempt. Losing it again would hand sellers control for another flush back to support.
H1 EMA9 is key, line to line moves along my Three Level Trade Plan.

An unbelievable week for us and what a way to finalised January. Thursday’s given long followed through to the projected bear gap and rejected there as expected. That was 503 points long, with yesterday’s session offering two adds when level 1 was claimed and backtested, both additional trades producing just over 200 points each, putting the total for three trades in two day at a whopping 900 points.
Price confirmed a daily lower high and now we find out if we get a higher low to set up a break out/down, or simply continue sideways market

I was looking for a D1 LH to confirm, and there is no arguing that we got that. One thesis/expectation for the coming week is that NQ could undercut the daily base while ES undercuts internally. Structurally, the current rejection has to produce a higher low or a lower low, and that would be the leg that sets up the break. My plan is to look for the big dip to buy, I just have to wait and see what price gives me.
Meanwhile, the hourly is due to backtest H1 EMA9, which leads us to the plan for the Asian session and Monday. We have three levels to trade against, with price setting up the bounce reversal into Friday’s close.

Thursday’s runners followed through for a whopping 72 points, with yesterday allowing an add for another 38 points, and the NY open giving a true gift with an FBD into H1 EMA21 and an A+ M2 Diagonal Entry Model for another 24 points along the hourly uptrend.
As said, we are in a base: line to line moves and EMA9 reversals, not break outs, until an EMA50 consolidation sets up. As you can see, the only interaction with that hourly EMA9 reversal was the hourly EMA50, backtested and pushed lower.
People are now talking about failed break outs, it was not a break out attempt, all price did was close the bear gap, and with upside liquidity drawn, price will be attempting to collect liquidity towards the bottom of the base. This is not bearish, this is base box behaviour.

We are getting closer to an actual setup, but this base has been incredibly rewarding. In line with my projection for the model, we have the daily lower high, now we need a higher low or a lower low (undercut/reclaim) to set up.
Until that sets up, we have to keep playing EMA9 reversals. The hourly is setting up a push through to support, and that is what the Three Level Trade Plan for the coming session is about.

Sellers initiated the anticipated pullback for that backtest I wanted to see. I’m zooming to H4 for now as that is where the magic will happen. I want to see a D1 EMA9 contraction form over the next few days, to define risk for a break down or break out. Key to hold is the weekly EMA9.
The initiated hourly reversal is key for today. Plan: dip for a higher low, bounce, reclaim H4 EMA9 and push towards the bear gap or reject and target lower liquidity zones at $5927 and $5868.
