Avoid speculation, personal opinion, or worldly ideas. Teach a point of doctrine within the context of revealed gospel truths. #ElderPingree #GeneralConference

When seeking truth, it helps to understand the difference between doctrine and policy. If we do not understand the difference, we risk becoming disillusioned when policies change. #ElderPingree #GeneralConference

Okay @DaleGRenlund takes the cake for most fucked up but #ElderPingree takes the cake for most mind-control mechanisms in the shortest period of time. #GenCON #ItsAllACON

Any of you #Deznat folks listening to #ElderPingree right now? Excommunicating Tim Ballard was a matter of policy so stop your bitching lest ye "risk becoming disillusioned". #GenCON #ItsAllACON

Hey #ElderPingree, I'm having a prompting that we should abolish wealth and exterminate the wealthy and the Book of Mormon confirms this and tells me that god wants me to murder people. Can I get your stamp of approval because this checked all your boxes of "truth". #GenCON

Both truth and love are essential for our spiritual development. Truth provides the doctrine, principles, and laws necessary to gain eternal life, while love engenders the motivation needed to embrace and act upon what is true. #ElderPingree #GeneralConference
