McCormick ordered both parties to prepare briefs outlining their views on the impact of the shareholder vote. The hearing for oral arguments over the legal fee is scheduled for July 8, and McCormick may take several weeks before ruling. She also requested that they agree on a date for oral arguments in late July or early August.

▪ @Tesla $TSLA ($244.40, +4.06%):
Mary Barra (@mtbarra) of @GM led by following Jim Farley (@jimfarley98) of @Ford by following the real leader of the ‘EV Revolution,’ Tesla. Everyone knows already, but yesterday, Mary and GM announced they will start using the @TeslaCharging network and by 2025 be fully adapted into Tesla’s North American Charging System (NACS). The deal with Ford and GM stands to earn upwards of $3 billion for Tesla by 2030. Twitter Spaces link below.
https://t.co/tcn2KF07HT
Today The @WhiteHouse finally acknowledged Tesla lead on EV charging by saying they are eligible for billions of dollars in federal subsidies as long as they included the CCS connection. Great, but with Ford and GM already onboard with NACS more are expected to follow suit. It will be interesting to see how Tesla and other makers react. Thoughts?

Lots of Model 3s are popping up this week with the black covers on the front and rear. First was The Kilowatts (@klwtts) spotting and recording a black M3 Highland, but now we have a Blue, White, and Red! All the pics are in the thread.
‘More likely that the incident is due to driver error,’ says court ruling. People continue to blame autopilot as the reason for crashes, but the overwhelming majority are proven to be driver error. Thanks to Arve (@captainarve) for posting another such occurrence. A taxi driver claimed his Tesla over accelerated and crashed into a kiosk in Bergen, Norway. Yet, the data shows the accelerator was pressed.

A Cow Farm in Japan stores 272kW/1087kWh of power. Akan Microgrid Company and Tesla have installed a @Tesla_Megapack to support their localized self-generated solar and bio-gas energy program. Since the 2011 East Japan earthquake and tsunami, microgrids have been popping up in Japan that utilize local renewable energy sources. Japan is currently aiming for 22%-24% of its energy to be produced by renewable sources by 2030, which will include 64GW of solar power.

▪ @SpaceX:
The US @SpaceForceDoD under the National Security Space Launch (NSSL) Phase 2 program announced 12 payloads of which SpaceX will deliver four SDA Tranche 1 Transport Layers and the USSF-31. Just to show the reach of the United Launch Alliance (ULA), they picked up 7 launches for their un-tested and un-flown Vulcan Rocket. This rocket is already years behind schedule. They did however complete a successful static readiness fire a few days ago. They must now make two orbital flights to qualify for the NSSL launches, with the first one expected before the end of the year. ULA says the will try to retrieve, refurbish, and reuse the Vulcan engines. Cost per launch is already high, but if not reused cost of the Vulcan will for exceed the fully reusable stage 1 booster of the Falcon 9. ULA is joint venture between @Boeing and @LockheedMartin.

They use it to identify the life forms which left their DNA in the water around the wreckage. All this is done in the remote water of the North Atlantic where Starlink keeps them connected at all times. Pic Below by OceanGate.
In a tweet @SethDillon of @TheBabylonBee asked, “When are we getting Starlink on commercial flights?” Elon replied, “Up to @FAA certification & airlines. Hopefully, will start later this year.”
▪ X/@Twitter:
According to @TitterDaily, engineers are working on a reboot for Periscope. Last used in 2015, the ‘goal is for high quality live streaming capabilities equivalent to YouTube Live.’ The Vine reboot is also ongoing though not a priority.
▪ @Neuralink: N/A
▪ The @BoringCompany:
Throwing this out there because it this is true it is a big deal. I came across a 4-day old post on LinkedIn by Jack Baldwin. The post states, “Florida has been chosen as 1 of 10 routes to be the first to bring the Hyperloop to existence connecting the two cities of Miami and Orlando, with the Hyperloop team set to be led by AECOM. General Contractor: AECOM, Award: Transportation, Location: Florida Orlando, Client: The Boring Company.” I have not seen any confirmation by AECOM, The Boring Company, or Florida. If you know anything let me know.
