बहुत ही शानदार रिपोर्ट है। भारत की चुनावी प्रक्रिया सड़ गई है। इसमें इतने स्तर पर घोटाले के दरवाज़े खोल दिए गए हैं कि पता नहीं चलता जो रिजल्ट हम देखते हैं वो आयोग का है या प्रिंटर से निकला है।
छह पार्टी के पास सैंकड़ों करोड़ का चंदा कहाँ से आया? क्या इसकी जाँच में भी बरसों लगेंगे? इस पैसे के ख़र्च किए जाने का हिसाब तो होगा। क्या ये पैसा वोट ख़रीदने के लिए बाँटा गया है?
