I’ve run a mile each year on my birthday for 15 years. The goal is to break 5:00.
This is my 2nd miss without injury… both of those years I had cancer.
Let’s avoid that next year.

Good news: PET scan showed nothing abnormal in my lymph nodes/they described it as reassuring.
Bad news: mild hypermetabolic activity in my rectum, so...
News: Ya boy gets his first colonoscopy 🔎🍑

I had a bathroom remodeled during my chemo treatment. It took about 10 days and I almost went crazy having people in my house everyday.
Their music was like nails on a chalkboard.

I desperately want to get my PET scan results asap.
For all the normal reasons, but also because there's a plumber at my house for the next 3 hours or so, and it would be tremendously awkward to have him be a part of my joy or misery 🤞🏻😂
