వాయుగుండం ప్రభావం నేపథ్యంలో అధికారులు అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలి భారీ వర్షాల వల్ల ప్రజలకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు ��లగకుండా ముందస్తు చర్యలు చేపట్టాలి ప‌లు జిల్లాల‌కు రెడ్ అలెర్ట్ జారీ డిజాస్టర్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్ అధికారులతో టెలికాన్ఫరెన్స్ నిర్వహించిన మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్ మీదుగా పయనిస్తున్న తీవ్ర వాయుగుండం, చురుగ్గా ఉన్న నైరుతి రుతుపవనాల ప్రభావంతో తెలంగాణవ్యాప్తంగా విస్తారంగా వర్షాలు కురుస్తాయ‌ని వాతావ‌ర‌ణ శాఖ హెచ్చ‌రిక‌ల నేపథ్యంలో ప్రజలకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు ��లెత్తకుండా ముందస్తు చర్యలు చేప‌ట్టాల‌ని రాష్ట్ర రెవెన్యూ, డిజాస్టర్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్, హౌసింగ్, సమాచార & పౌర సంబంధాల శాఖ మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి అధికారుల‌ను ఆదేశించారు. జిల్లా స్ధాయిలో రెవెన్యూ యంత్రాంగం అన్ని శాఖలతో స‌మ‌న్వ‌యం చేసుకొని నిరంతరం క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో అందుబాటులో ఉంటూ పూర్తిస్థాయిలో అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని సూచించారు. గురువారం రెవెన్యూ, విపత్తు నిర్వహణ (డిజాస్టర్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్) అధికారులతో మంత్రిగారు టెలికాన్ఫరెన్స్ నిర్వహించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో గ‌డచిన రెండు రోజులుగా కురుస్తున్న వ‌ర్షాలు, రాబోయే రెండు రోజుల్లో కురిసే వ‌ర్షాల‌పై అధికారుల‌కు దిశానిర్ధ��శం చేశారు. వర్షాల ప్రభావం ఎక్కువగా ఉన్న జిల్లాల్లో పరిస్థితిని ఎప్పటికప్పుడు పర్యవేక్షించాలి. వాగులు, వంకలు, చెరువులు, జలాశయాల వద్ద ముందస్తు భద్రతా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలి. ప్రమాదకర ప్రాంతాల్లోని ప్రజలను అప్రమత్తం చేస్తూ, అవసరమైతే వెంటనే సురక్షిత ప్రాంతాలు లేదా పునరావాస కేంద్రాలకు తరలించాలని ఆదేశించారు జిల్లా కలెక్టర్లు, పోలీస్, రెవెన్యూ, పంచాయతీరాజ్, మున్సిపల్, వి��్యుత్, నీటిపారుదల, వైద్య ఆరోగ్య శాఖల అధికారులు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేయాలి. ఎక్కడైనా అత్యవసర పరిస్థితులు ఏర్పడితే తక్షణమే స్పందించి సహాయక చర్యలు అందించాల‌ని సూచించారు. ముఖ్యంగా హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలో ఎడతెరిపి లేకుండా కురుస్తున్న వర్షాల కారణంగా రవాణా, విద్యుత్, తాగునీటి సరఫరాకు ఆటంకం కలగకుండా చూడాలి. ట్రాఫిక్ సమస్యలు తలెత్తకుండా(హైడ్రా, జిహెచ్ ఎంసీ, ట్రాఫిక్ పోలీసులు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేస్��ూ ప్రజల సాధారణ జీవనానికి ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బంది కలగకుండా తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాల‌న్నారు. నాలుగు రోజుల క్రితం వరకు రాష్ట్రంలో 30% మేర ఉన్న వర్షపాతం లోటు, గత రెండు రోజులుగా కురుస్తున్న భారీ వర్షాలతో భర్తీ అయి దాదాపు సాధారణ స్థాయికి చేరుకుందని మంత్రి తెలిపారు. వాతావరణ శాఖ హెచ్చరికల ప్రకారం గురు, శుక్రవారాల్లో (జూలై 30 – జూలై 31) రాష్ట్రంలో భారీ నుంచి అత్యంత భారీ వర్షాలు కుర��సే అవకాశం ఉన్నందున వివిధ జిల్లాలకు అలర్ట్‌లు జారీ అయ్యాయ‌ని మంత్రిగారు తెలిపారు. ఆదిలాబాద్, కొమురం భీం ఆసిఫాబాద్, మంచిర్యాల, నిర్మల్, జగిత్యాల జిల్లాల‌కు రెడ్ అల‌ర్ట్ జారీ చేశామ‌ని అలాగే నిజామాబాద్, కామారెడ్డి, రాజన్న సిరిసిల్ల, కరీంనగర్, పెద్దపల్లి, జయశంకర్ భూపాలపల్లి, ములుగు జిల్లాల‌కు ఆరెంజ్ అలెర్ట్ జారీ చేశామ‌ని తెలిపారు. వ‌చ్చే రెండు రోజుల్లో భారీ వ‌ర్షాలు కురిసే జిల్లాల‌పై ప్ర‌ధానంగా దృష్టి సారించాల‌ని ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌కు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బంది క‌ల‌గ‌కుండా ముంద‌స్తుగానే చ‌ర్య‌లు తీసుకోవాల‌ని ఆయా జిల్లా క‌లెక్ట‌ర్లు అప్ర‌మ‌త్తంగా వ్య‌వ‌హ‌రించాల‌ని సూచించారు. @INC_Ponguleti
