Woke up this morning to a message from a high school friend, saying her sister has untreatable cancer and that the end is near. The sister is a die-hard Vikings fan, and they're taking her to the game tomorrow. My friend asked if there was "anything I could do" to see if the Vikings might come up with something special for her. My first thought was, "Not sure I can do anything to help." But, as a longshot, I emailed my season ticket representative with a screenshot of the request, and now the sister and her family will be treated like VIPs tomorrow, going down on the field and everything. pretty sweet
