A final shire wandering this morning. Fromes Hill to Ledbury. Around 11 miles of top-class rambling in all and a nice stop at a vineyard for lunch. That's all 15 routes on the #Herefordshiretrail complete. I rewarded myself with a coffee and cake in Ledbury. #FollowTheApple
Shire wanderings. Leintwardine to Richards Castle this morning, with a side quest that brought it to 17 miles, the longest on the trail. 14 routes down, just 1 more to go, the next will take me into the heart of Mordor (Ledbury). #FollowTheApple #HerefordshireTrail
More weekend wanderings. Lingen to Leintwardine today, only about 10 miles, but a fair old climb. The mushrooms are starting to show so I guess it's a good sign that autumn is here. 13 routes down, just 2 more to go. #FollowTheApple #HerefordshireTrail

Another route ticked off on the #HerefordshireTrail today, Edwin Ralf to Fromes Hill. Lots of hops on display (which made me badly want to drink a good IPA), also maize, grapes and a 1940's Russian tank . 11 routes down, just 4 more to go. #FollowTheApple

A bit of an overcast ramble from Ross-on-Wye to Little Dewchurch this morning. An easy 10.5 miles, the main excitement being the Sellack suspension footbridge, built 1895. 8 routes down, 7 more to go. #FollowTheApple #HerefordshireTrail

Here we are! The Hop Pickersโ Path - section 14 of the #HerefordshireTrail comes through our lovely town. Our Mayor and Town Crier greet the walkers at St Peterโs Church with some refreshments and @Bromyardtourism goodies ๐๐ #visitbromyard
