How is it possible that I bought $XAUUSD at 3341.04,
moved my stop-loss to 3341.24 to lock in profit,
yet my trade was stopped out at 3321.22 instead?
That price never touched my stop-loss.
As shown in my trade history, this single execution error resulted in a loss of 127,569.45.
To make matters worse, since April last year, the broker has continued to tell me “we are still investigating” and “we will get back to you” — with no resolution, no refund, and no accountability.
This is not slippage.
This is not volatility.
This is a clear execution failure.
At this point, I’m asking:
What steps can I take to recover my money?
Which regulatory body should this be escalated to?
How long are traders expected to wait for justice?
Transparency and fairness are the bare minimum in this industry.
