Nintendo has asked a federal judge to throw out the class action lawsuit over its tariff refunds.
>In its response, Nintendo argues there is no legal requirement to refund customers if it later recovers tariff costs from the U.S. government.
>The company says businesses are not obligated to retroactively lower prices after a sale is completed, even if their costs change later.
