I know strange things are happening all over the world. Strange things continue to happen to me too. Some are good. Like yesterday I went to get some Five Guys after my early morning 4-hour blood work. The Manager there let me put up posters for my bone marrow drive last year. Anyways, since then, his big boss actually needed an urgent stem cell transplant, and now dozens of five guys stores are gonna do their own campaign to look for more matches for people…like me. #StartWithHillary & man those fries tasted extra good after I heard that. My Dad cried today. Only seen that once. He was begging for the medicine I need to get better but I’m not eligible as a kid in Canada right now. I have to have an incident first like a stroke or blood clot or need blood transfusions.
This is really scary.
I don’t know how long I get to be with my family. Am I having a stroke now? My head hurts. I wish the government could change the rules so I could feel better. I want to be with my sister.
I’m very sick today again. I try to only share good days but the truth is, I have not had one good day in six years. Finding out it’s because I had PNH has been helpful. It explains a lot.
PNH is serious. Only 90 people have it Canada. The NIH wants to call me tomorrow and then I talk to Boston but….looks like I need to be American to survive this. They have medicines we don’t have here and I’m not allowed to have those either.
I will keep sharing here for as long as I can. My parents are never going to give up and I’m very lucky for that. I hope we help other kids too.

FiNALLY!!!! My headache is gone! It’s been weeks. It feels so good to feel good.
It doesn’t matter that the blood lab lost my specimen. I just went back today after school. It doesn’t matter that my @MakeAWishCA trailer winch motor broke. I just cranked that thing up by hand. It doesn’t matter that I missed a lot of virtual school. I’m working extra to finish the year strong.

Hello @Bell. Thanks for boosting the WiFi signal in my @MakeAWishCA trailer so I could do virtual school. It works perfect. The tech who came and fixed it ordered a #GetSwabbed kit online and joined the stem cell registry for me cause I had a @CanadasLifeline sign on my door. I could NOT believe he did that. That MUST mean you have other techs willing to help. Males provide the best outcomes.
