During my school days, we had mixed seating, with boys and girls sharing the same benches.
College was no different.
After I became a doctor, most of my colleagues were men, and we even shared the same doctors' room during duty hours.
Whenever there was a shift change or I had to work late, they would call my husband or my mom to inform them.
This is normal in schools, colleges, and workplaces.
Men and women studying, working, and interacting with each other is simply a part of everyday life.
The problem isn't men and women interacting. It's the mindset that can't accept it.
The world doesn't stop functioning just because some people are uncomfortable with normal human interaction.
If that bothers you, the real world is going to be very disappointing.
