🚨 TERROR PLOT FOILED: Federal agents arrested 35-year-old Jessica Bowie after she allegedly pledged allegiance to ISIS and plotted to bomb the New York State Capitol while lawmakers were inside. According to the FBI, Bowie surveilled the building, purchased bomb components and planned to conceal an explosive inside a DoorDash bag. She allegedly wanted to kill state senators, destroy as much of the Capitol as possible and flee to Syria afterward.
