The notification to bring into force the provisions of Finance Act in respect of GST is to be issued by the Central government on the recommendations of the GST Council, as it would need to be done in coordination with the states, who are required to make similar amendments in their SGST Acts. GST Council is meeting tentatively on 9 th September 2024, where the issue will be placed before the Council for its recommendations.

#GST कानून में रिविजन का अवसर इसलिए नही दिया गया था कि #GSTR1 में अगर किसी विक्रेता ने गलती कर दी तो क्रेता #GSTR2 में सुधारता और #1A #2A दिए गए थे सुधार के लिये जब @Infosys_GSTN की अक्षमता के कारण मूल फॉर्म आये नही तो सुधारों के लिए रिवीजन का ऑप्शन देने की जरूरत है #Simplify_GST

GST का जो मूल रूप था जिसमे #GSTR1 #GSTR2 #GSTR3 दाखिल करना था उसमें रिवाइज रिटर्न्स की जरूरत कहाँ थी ?? एक सॉफ्टवेयर कंपनी की अक्षमता के कारण #GSTR3B आया जो मूल कानून में नही था और सब बेरा गर्क हो गया ।। एक बार मूल कानून से जो भटकाव हुआ है उसपर @GST_Council की बैठक होनी चाहिए ।।
In the initial stages of #GST regime there were GSTR1, 2 & 3 in which the facility to file the details in #GSTR1 & #GSTR2 were closed after due date. Now the same thing is with #IFF.

Why @Infosys_GSTN can not design originally #gstr2 and #gstr3 even after 4 years
We want Simple GST i.e. #GSTR1, #GSTR2 & #GSTR3, not this #KhichdiGST
Remove all changes made after 01.07.2017..
