"I feel good about our ability to manage this effectively and put us in a great spot to be strategically well-positioned to execute with inorganic growth opportunities that can be competitive bidding processes" The market reacted negatively after hours, but I actually think this ~2% dilution is fantastic news. It gives Rocket Lab the dry powder to acquire one or multiple companies that complement and strengthen their existing business. Nothing has been made public yet about specific targets, but the amazing Rocket Lab community already has a few ideas. I won't get into the details or feasibility of those here but I just wanted to express that I'm really excited about this and will be digging into the most likely candidates over the next few days. We don't know yet where the next acquisition will lead. But one thing is clear: so far, Rocket Lab has done a stellar job identifying, acquiring, and integrating the right companies into its ecosystem. I've got no doubt they can do it again.
