“Nothing is dearer than a child except a grandchild” but even love is a crime for Israel” My name is Ismail Ashour (Abu Radwan), the elder of my family, a man who lived for kindness, reconciliation, and the well-being of those around me. I loved my grandchildren so much and treated everyone with warmth and respect, believing that love and unity were life’s greatest treasures. On November 18, 2023, while displaced at my sister’s house in Khan Yunis, a fire belt attack took my life, along with my wife, son, daughter, and their children, leaving only memories behind.

The family of little Mariam Abu Daqqa repeatedly pleaded with the world to save their daughter, who was battling for her life. She suffered from malnutrition, an enlarged liver, kidneys, and spleen, in addition to severe anemia. Her condition was extremely critical. Today, Mariam passed away due to delays in transferring her for treatment, taking her last breath. Mariam's case is not an exception; thousands of children in Gaza face the same fate, with their lives at risk every moment. Save the children of Gaza before it's too late.

I am Aya Al-Moqayad from Gaza, I was a bright and ambitious young woman who loved life and appreciated every small detail. As a top student, I dedicated most of my time to studying, eagerly looking forward to my graduation, which was just a year away, dreaming of celebrating my hard work. In July, I got engaged to a kind and loving man, and together, we imagined a future full of happiness—one that the Israeli genocide never allowed us to live. On October 14, 2023, my family and I were brutally murdered by Israel, leaving behind unfulfilled dreams and hearts heavy with sorrow.

The martyr Nagham Rafat Abu Shab (3 and a half years old). Nagham was an incredibly intelligent and much-loved child, far beyond her age. She dreamed of going to kindergarten, memorized all the countries with their flags and capitals, had a deep love for space, asked questions indicating her intelligence, and enjoyed reading stories. Nagham was martyred along with her mother, Rawan Ahmed Yassin, and her brother in an Israeli airstrike on their home while they were peacefully having tea. Her aunt, grandfather, and five other family members were also martyred on October 11, 2023.
