Reverse Stock Split Details
The reverse stock split will effectively reduce the number of outstanding common shares from approximately 13.8 billion to roughly 5.5 million. Under the terms of the reverse split, every 2,500 shares of issued and outstanding common stock will automatically combine into one new share.
Importantly, there will be no increase in the authorized shares of the Company, and stockholders who would otherwise hold fractional shares will have their shares rounded up to the nearest whole number without any cash compensation.
During the 20 business days following the reverse split, the Companyโs ticker symbol will temporarily change to $INNDD. Following this period, it will revert to its original symbol, $INND. The new CUSIP number for InnerScopeโs common stock is 204914501.
CEO Statement
InnerScope CEO Matthew Moore commented, โWe believe that the next few months may present us with a number of major catalysts. Therefore we believe that this is an appropriate time to implement a reverse split that will bring our share price to levels where more individual investors, more institutional investors, as well as funds, can buy and trade the stock. We appreciate the continued support of our shareholders as we advance our global mission to bring easily accessible premium medical-grade hearing aids to the hundreds of millions of people who suffer from untreated hearing loss and a goal towards delivering our hearing aids to consumers for less than $1000 per pair instead of $8000 from a local hearing center.โ
Additional updates, ranging from operational to financial to sales, will be released shortly. The current financials and disclosures will be published in the coming days/weeks with OTCMarkets to remove the "YIELD" sign.
