The 15th EU-Singapore Inter-Parliamentary Meeting (IPM) took place today at Parliament House, reaffirming the European Union and Singapore's shared commitment to deepening cooperation on strategic, economic and regional priorities. The meeting was co-chaired by Deputy Speaker Christopher de Souza for Singapore and Wouter Beke Chair of the European Parliament's Delegation for Relations with Southeast Asia and ASEAN (DASE), for the European Union. The EU-Singapore IPM is a long-standing bilateral forum that plays a vital role in strengthening parliamentary ties and facilitating dialogue on issues of mutual interest.
