CONGRESS | #IACH | POSTER Nesrine Chihaoui, Aziza Othmana Hospital, Tunisia, reports data from a retrospective study investigating the prognostic value of early peripheral blood blast clearance (PBBC) on CR and OS, in adult patients with ND AML. Significantly higher CR rates (70% vs 25%; p = 0.002) and improved OS (48% vs 15%; p = 0.001) were demonstrated in patients with rapid clearance than in patients with slow clearance. At a median follow-up of 31.5 months, 7 patients remained in remission, 2-year EFS was 83% and OS was 85%. The combination regimen was well-tolerated, with manageable GvHD (n = 4).
