Here’s the setup (you don’t need to run anything fancy btw): •goTenna Mesh paired with old smartphone (iPhone 5 in our case) •Pair goTenna with phone using a random GID •Enable WiFi on smartphone •Post your GID on the #imeshyou website and fuzz the location for privacy

I’ve personally used a Gotenna mesh to communicate 29.6 miles from a mountain peak with no relays in between. #gotenna #imeshyou #inthemesh #meshnetwork #decentralized #Offgrid #900mhz

@Hoshnasi @AD6DM @GotPreps I modded a couple with external antenna. Isn’t easy to do on newer hardware. Plus I had a modded @goTenna mesh die on me out of the blue after a year. No idea why. It’s just as easy to find better placement instead of modding. #inthemesh #imeshyou #gotenna #mesh #decentralized
