There are questions around using red light therapy without protective goggles over the eyes. But research so far seems to be pointing to red light being beneficial for eyes. It makes sense to me that if red light benefits mitochondria in the rest of the body, it’ll benefit the mitochondria in the eyes. I’m cautious and generally keep my eyes closed so the light is coming through my eyelids, and when open, don’t look directly at the panel. But so far I’ve not had any problems with my eyes after use (early days though) and I’m interested to see if it improves my eyesight. #redlighttherapy https://t.co/mfRwEYdBCp
