Amine Ayoub, chercheur marocain et membre du think thank Middle East Forum, s'est expliqué auprès de plusieurs médias israéliens et auprès de @marochebdo que les autorités cubains ont écourté ses congés en raison de la présence de tampons sur son passeport.
1/Pourquoi des tampons israéliens ?
Il se rend très souvent en Israël pour des engagements professionnels.
La Havane ne reconnait plus Tel Aviv depuis 1973 et même est opposée à son existence.
2/Pourquoi passer par Havane ?
En effet, son passage par la Havane devait être temporaire, il devait initialement se rendre aux Bahamas 🇧🇸 et finir aux Etats Unis 🇺🇸 où son frère y vit.
3/Conditions désagréables
Les autorités cubaines 🇨🇺 ont décidé unilatéralement que son visa pour les Bahamas est invalide alors qu'il est pleinement validé et par conséquent, il devait être refoulé vers Rabat 🇲🇦.
Il a dû rester 32h assis sur une chaise en métal inconfortable, sans que l'on lui dise quoi que ce soit exactement sur ce qui lui était reproché car sur le plan des documents, il est irréprochable.
4/Traiter comme un nuisible
A son arrivé à la Havane, il aurait été traité comme "un terroriste", interrogé minutieusement suite à la présence de tampons israéliens.
Finalement, les autorités cubaines l'ont laissé entrer dans le pays pour les 3 jours prévus avant de poursuivre sa route vers les Bahamas.
Le calvaire n'a pris fin que lorsqu'il a été conduit à bord d'un avion par le chef de la police à l'aéroport de La Havane, entouré de plusieurs agents qui sont restés à bord jusqu'à ce qu'il soit assis.
