🔅مخاطر غير مقبولة:
تعتبر هذه الأنواع من أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي تهديدًا واضحًا لسلامة البشرية ومعيشتها وتتعارض مع روح الاتحاد الأوروبي. ولذلك، فإنها محظورة بموجب قانون الذكاء الاصطناعي. و تشمل: (أ) نظام الدرجات الاجتماعية للأشخاص، social scoring. (ب) أنظمة تحديد الهوية البيومترية المستخدمة لاستنتاج وتصنيف الأفراد على أساس سمات مثل العرق والحياة الجنسية والتوجه الجنسي والمعتقدات الدينية، (ج) أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تتلاعب السلوك البشري. على الرغم من أن أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي هذه محظورة، فإن قانون الذكاء الاصطناعي يضع استثناءً ضيقًا لمثل هذه الأنظمة المستخدمة لأغراض إنفاذ القانون.
🔅مخاطر عالية:
تعتبر هذه الأنواع من أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي تشكل تهديدًا كبيرًا للصحة والسلامة والحقوق الأساسية والقاعدة. من القانون. يشمل هذا النوع أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي التي يتم نشرها في (أ) البنية التحتية الحيوية (مثل النقل والتعليم والمرافق العامة)، (ب) الخدمات العامة الأساسية (مثل تسجيل الائتمان)، (ج) إنفاذ القانون الذي قد يؤثر على الحقوق الأساسية للشخص؛ (د) إقامة العدل، (هـ) التوظيف/التوظيف، (و) أنظمة تحديد الهوية البيومترية عن بعد. سيُطلب من أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي هذه الامتثال لالتزامات واسعة النطاق قبل أن تكون متاحة في السوق العامة، مثل التقييم المناسب للمخاطر، والرقابة البشرية المناسبة، وتنفيذ أنظمة التخفيف.
🔅 المخاطر المحدودة:
تعتبر هذه الأنواع من أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي لا تشكل أي خطر إن التهديد الخطير والمخاطر الأساسية المرتبطة بأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي هذه ترجع إلى الافتقار إلى الشفافية. لقد أدخل قانون الذكاء الاصطناعي بعض التزامات الشفافية لضمان أن جميع المستخدمين البشريين على علم جيد بأنهم يتفاعلون مع نظام الذكاء الاصطناعي. مثال على أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي ذات المخاطر المحدودة هو روبوتات الدردشة. طالما أن المستخدمين البشريين يدركون أنهم يتفاعلون مع نظام ذكاء اصطناعي محدود المخاطر، فلا يعتبر هذا النظام يشكل أي تهديد كبير بموجب قانون الذكاء الاصطناعي.
🔅الحد الأدنى من المخاطر:
يعتبر هذه الأنواع من أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي ليس لها أي مخاطر حقيقية مرتبطة بها ويمكن نشرها دون أي قيود. تشمل أمثلة أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي ذات المخاطر المنخفضة ألعاب الفيديو التي تدعم الذكاء الاصطناعي وأنظمة إدارة المخزون.
