Bros literally sent @Revolut a fake letter made in Word 2007 (Free Trial) from a fake email address, and @Revolut just sent them back their customers’ full names, dates of birth, occupations, addresses, phone numbers, national IDs, passports, driver’s licenses, verification selfies, bank statements, IBANs, account metadata, wallet references, full crypto withdrawal histories—everything! And not only did @Revolut not ask any questions whatsoever or even bother to do any basic checking before falling for a Nigerian prince scam and putting innocent people’s lives in danger by handing over their customers’ most sensitive data, but they even helped the scammers by showing them what to change when the scammers accidentally sent in the wrong document—instead of stopping for even a second to think that maybe something sus was going on. And this went on for ~half a year! ~Half a year during which @Revolut kept sending the scammers everything they asked for, with none of their employees, none of their systems—nothing—catching any of it! They had to be exposed by @ZachXBT (whom they blocked!) to even publicly admit they were being scammed. This is the extent to which @Revolut values their “valued customers”.
