✅CLEARED #Llansamlet - Disruption between Swansea and Bridgend caused by overrunning engineering works at Llansamlet has now ended.
⚠️‼️ All lines have now reopened between Swansea and Bridgend following overrunning engineering works at #Llansamlet.
During the overrun, an engineering train had broken down between these stations. This has now been moved, allowing trains to run again.
Whilst trains return to their scheduled timetable, major disruption is expected until 15:00 ⚠️‼️

🦺#Llansamlet - Network Rail estimate the line may reopen between 10:30 and 10:45.
🟢GWR customers at Cardiff Central or Newport (South Wales) who are travelling towards London should use alternate GWR services to Bristol Temple Meads and change there for London bound services.
🚍#Llansamlet - Transport for Wales have sourced replacement road transport to run between Swansea and Port Talbot Parkway.
Customers can continue their journey from Port Talbot Parkway towards Cardiff using TfW train services.
⚠️🟢#Llansamlet - GWR services are currently unable to run to and from Swansea until the works have completed.
🕙The first GWR service expected to run is the 09:55 Swansea to London Paddington service. However, this will not depart on time and will be delayed.
