#1 Journey of the Brave's Ending
Happy Land Before Time Day, everyone! Our countdown is complete, and I want to end it by talking about– at the time of writing– the final moments of the entire series.

#2 Meeting Ducky, Fighting Cera, and Finding the Great Valley
The coloring on the original film is so good. The Mysterious Beyond looks like the ending to Lucio Fulci's 'The Beyond' through out most of it.🧵

#3 Great Valley Adventure's opening
As a kid, no weekend was complete without seeing that little Universal Animation logo with the plane followed by slow zoom ins of space.🧵

#4 Littlefoot meeting Bron, and 'Bestest Friends'
So what exactly did Bron do or say as a child that netted him the nickname 'little foot'? 🧵

#5 "You are what you are, and I am what I am."
To this day, I still wonder whether Mama Sharptooth already knew they were friends with that 'Don't play with your food' line.🧵

#6 Finding the Night Flowers, and Spike's first word
It's always so hard for me to pick out the images I want to use in these countdowns from film 4: it has so many good shots. Even the little moments stick out to me.

#7 The Pterano Flashback in Stone of Cold Fire
I've always wondered if any of the background characters from the first movie died in this sequence. Wouldn't it be crazy if, like, Rooter ended up in Pterano's herd, for example?🧵

#1. Why do we love this series?
Happy Land Before Time day, everyone!

#2. Is Littlefoot really seeing his mother's ghost in the first film?
We're almost there! Tomorrow is the big day. So let's talk about one of the biggest mysteries of the original film.🧵

#3. Why did Bron never check the Great Valley?
A herd leader and a single dad of two who commutes to see one of his kids, and yet poor Bron can't entirely shake all the deadbeat allegations.🧵

#4. Who is the Land Before Time narrator?
Wish I had a narrator for my life that was half as cool as the one following Littlefoot around.
🧵
#LBT36Countdown #LandBeforeTime #LandB4Time #5 Is Doc really the Lone Dinosaur from the legend?
Y'know, I never stop appreciating that they basically made Clint Eastwood a diplodocus.
🧵
#LBT36Countdown #LandBeforeTime #LandB4Time #6. Are the Rainbowfaces really aliens?
I better get this out quickly before the History Channel beats me to the punch in talking about dinosaur aliens, if they haven't already done so.🧵

#7 How did Ruby and Chomper get accepted into the Great Valley?
Lets start Land Before Time Mysteries week with how the 'Gang of Five' became the 'Gang of Seven'. 🧵

Cera’s Parents
Of course they've never revealed what the names of most of the parents in the series are. Just look at how maturely everyone handled Cera's dad being named "Daddy Topps".

#4 Bron
Littlefoot's dad always has one of the silkiest, smoothest voices in the series no matter which of his three voice actors are playing him. Dude could narrate a nature documentary.

#5 Littlefoot and Ruby
Yes, really. I did say parents AND guardians were the topic of this list. Let's talk about how two of the gang have fared as the first and latest caretakers of the their youngest, most sharptoothed member. (1/32)
