Leeuwin Metals #LM1 has grown the Marda Gold Project from an acquisition in March 2025 to a 378,600oz JORC resource sitting entirely on granted mining leases — all for a market capitalisation of around A$23 million. In the space of three weeks in June, Forrestania Resources $FRS went from nothing to 10.37% of the register, timing part of that buying to its A$300m acquisition of the Edna May mill from Ramelius. Forrestania has said nothing publicly about why.
