Took some hacking, but finally got #Logback to work with #Java's ScopedValues to inherit MDC values for logging, across virtual threads. Only MDC vals which are provided in a "structured" way are inherited, others work unchaged.

I should probably put this into an Ox-Logback module.
A downside is that `InheritableMDC.where` must nest `supervised`, not the other way round. But maybe the capture checker will allow me to say that "this code block shouldn't capture an `Ox` capability? ๐ค(in the future)

It was somehow lost in translation that log4j2.x is actually deployed a lot less than log4j 1.x, and also a lot less than #logback. Actually the ratio of log4j 2.x/(log4j 1.x + logback) deployments is 1/10.
