This patch upgrade follows v4.0.0 and includes fixes for:
- legacy historical queries
- staking/validator delegation query behavior
- wasm IBC handling (including missing raw packet handling)
- follow-up API/Swagger updates
Validators, RPC/LCD providers, and indexers are encouraged to review upgrade requirements ahead of the halt height.

The migration turned out far heavier than expected, and many validators had to wait long hours for the massive data migration to complete.
It caused high CPU and RAM spikes, creating real challenges for those applying the upgrade.
Huge shoutout to all #LUNCValidators who collaborated and pushed through โ weโve never seen the community this alive and cooperative ๐ช
Weโve learned a lot from this and will make sure future upgrades are better planned, tested, and communicated.

The upgrade is happening. Please do not kill or restart your node during the migration process, even if it seems stalling until advised differently
This can take a while, due to the amount of data for migration
Good morning, #LUNCCommunity,
tomorrow we've got the chain upgrade to v3.6.0 from @orbit__labs.
As it contains a massive migration of wasmd in the upgrade handler, I would advise every #LUNCvalidator to take a snapshot pre-upgrade if possible (mind the disk-space).
Also keep an eye on your RAM usage and have some on-disk swap space configured (just in caseโฆ).
While the upgrade was tested in local environments and on rebel-2 testnet, mainnet has a massively higher data size for cosmwasm and a lot more contract and code instances. I don't expect something to go wrong, but it is hard to anticipate the memory and resource usage during the migration of Millions of entries.
So better to be safe than sorry.
I'll probably use the upgrade to prune some data and upgrade server packages, so it might be that my validator will miss some blocks during the upgrade in case 67% are back online before that. Just so the @Galactic_Shift delegators are aware. Nothing to worry about ๐

I have developed a new oracle price server / feeder from scratch in golang. It has more price sources, new sources can easily be added, and it uses websocket (to RPC) and gRPC of public or private nodes for reading parameters and voting on prices.
The code for it is now live on github. Of course MIT-licensed and 100% open source https://t.co/N7TR8M6xkf
If you want to test it out, you can build it and run with
--dry-run --verify
This will run the price source fetching according to your config (defaults should be quite good apart from your validator address and environment data) and check the feeder data against the real on-chain price votes.
For dry mode you can use a dummy seed phrase, not necessarily the one from your real feeder.
