@AskLyft You're running a scam on banks and consumers. My account was overdrawn because of your "charges vs authorization" scam. If I have to pay fees because of this scam I will never use this service again. @lyft is totally a scam at this point. #lyftscam

#lyft charged my card $150 for damages I did not do. The driver also submitted fake photos of the side of the car I neither entered nor exited through in order to prove his claim. #lyftscam

Beware riders, @lyft has a track record of charging a damage fee for false damage. They will automatically charge you and no timely response from Customer Service... this happened in Lubbock, TX & seems to happen all over.
