A2. Call me weird but I love the feels you get when you are in a "school". I like to learn and grow and I love to see students make progress. I like to see them go from can't to can and achieve goals. #MAIBookStudy

A2. Introducing students to new ideas/concepts, ah-ha moments, and breakthroughs. I love seeing a sense of pride and accomplishment on the faces of kids that worked hard and wouldn't give up. I love seeing struggling learners overcome and do something great. #MAIBookStudy

@MAI_Principal A1. I LOVE MATH. I have a desire to share that love with others and pass that love on to my Ss. I have the ability to relate to Ss and help them learn math in ways suited for them with the end goal of enabling Ss to apply it in their lives. #MAIBookStudy

A.1. In my classroom in days of yore, I was good at adapting lessons to meet kids where they were and explaining difficult concepts in understandable terms. I also loved the "teachable moment" and incorporating current events. #MAIBookStudy
