Realised why I am exhausted at the end of 1 1/2 weeks of .the book festival. I basically did very little phyically for 3 months then sudden I went to loads of events in 1 week. I should've prepared better 😭 #mscansuckit #cpcansuckittoo #recovery #edbookfest #stillawesome

Just lost my stepbrother today after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. He was a rockstar athlete before all this and a super human being. I will miss him. Hug your loved ones. Life is short. #MScansuckit

Had my 3 month check in with Gastroenterology today. I'm no longer anaemic, my liver function tests are all clear and there's no suggestion of NAFLD. Which means come October I should be able to start my DMTs! Also I can start eating chocolate again! 🎉 #mscansuckit #gooddays #MS
