The people do not want this gen-AI stuff any more than they wanted mocap animation like Robert Zemeckis's "Mars Needs Moms." If an AI "filmmaker" could not recruit even a production crew, why expect to draw an audience?

@JoshDaws I see a few aspiring producers and many corporations making these arguments. As for regular fans, the stats are holding. Younger folks are not just indifferent about gen-AI. They deplore this. And they embrace even Big stories #MadeByHumans, like Project Hail Mary and Spider-Man.
This is fun stuff for sure. And yet:
(1) People can see it for free.
(2) It is satire and not serious.
(3) It isn't aspiring to last.
(4) Is meant to be disposable.
Surveys show more people, even younger, rejecting gen-AI "art" to prefer #MadeByHumans. That trend is undeniable.
250k views. People won’t care if something is AI generated if you have likable characters and a good story.
Clear all aside all other debate points about AI-generated "film." The people reject this and insist that cinema look like cinema again.
