Did you know that Henry’s Meet & Greet tickets @MetaMoonFest completely SOLD OUT? And am truly grateful that I did not miss such opportunity as #Henry definitely raised the bar for fan interactions. Because of this, I’ll be more discerning when considering future concert benefits and will most likely have second thoughts about spending extra on perks unless the artist is Henry.
It's also good to note that event organizers, promoters, producers or entertainment companies
should adapt the new 'genuine fan-centric experience" prototype made by the #metamoonfest and #HenryLau during M&G event.
Here's how Henry and Metamoon demonstrated and achieved the fan-first mentality during the festival at NYC:
•The wristband and lanyard distribution process was fast, smooth and hassle-free.
• The Metamoon staff used the fans' own mobile phones for the one-on-one photos with Henry, eliminating the need for a photography studio.
•Each M&G ticket holder received four photos or snapshots with the artist, ensuring a personalized experience.
•Henry went beyond just being accommodating ; he actively encouraged fans to strike fun, cute, wacky poses with him.
•Fans were allowed to interact freely with Henry—handshakes, casual short chit-chats, and almost all kinds of feel good trolling🤣, funny, or joyful poses were welcomed.
•There were no bodyguards or strict staff restricting the interaction, creating a more relaxed, well behaved vibe and atmosphere.
•The Metamoon staff and Henry himself didn’t rush or push fans away before or after the photo session.
•Every fan with a Meet & Greet ticket received a large autographed poster of Henry, without the need for a lottery system.
