Ich investiere nicht nur in Dividendenaktien und ETFs.
Ein Teil meines Vermögens steckt auch in P2P-Krediten über #Mintos.
Aktueller Stand:
💶 Portfolio: 3.555,53 €
📈 Gesamtrendite: 92,83 €
📊 Jährliche Nettorendite: 8,7 %
Allein im Juni wurden bisher 20,66 € Erträge erzielt.
Wie funktionieren P2P-Kredite überhaupt?
Statt einer Bank Geld zu leihen, vergeben Kreditunternehmen Darlehen an Privatpersonen oder Unternehmen.
Über Plattformen wie Mintos kann ich mich mit kleinen Beträgen an Hunderten solcher Kredite beteiligen und erhalte dafür #Zinsen.
Warum ist das für mich interessant?
✅ Zusätzlicher Cashflow neben Dividenden
✅ Weitere Diversifikation meines Portfolios
✅ Regelmäßige Zinserträge
Natürlich gibt es auch Risiken.
Kreditnehmer oder Kreditunternehmen können ausfallen. Deshalb investiere ich nur einen Teil meines Vermögens in P2P und streue mein Geld breit.
